Freeze

Freeze helps you keep specified rows or columns visible while scrolling through a worksheet. It provides the tools you need to reference headers or key columns when working with large datasets, making data comparison easier and helping you accomplish tasks with ease. With Freeze, you can freeze the top row, freeze the first column, freeze a specified area by selecting the cell at the bottom-right of the area to lock, freeze rows and columns at the same time, and unfreeze panes when needed. Whether you're reviewing large tables, comparing data against headers, or keeping important columns in view, Freeze helps you stay productive and complete tasks efficiently. It does not affect print results, and Split Panes is unavailable while panes are frozen. Choose the documentation below that best matches your needs to learn more.
