1. Open Print Preview

Entry point: Top menu bar > More > Print

  1. Open the spreadsheet that you want to print.
  2. Tap the More button in the top menu bar toolbar.
  3. Tap Print.
  4. On the print settings screen, adjust print range, orientation, page scaling, and more settings as needed.
  5. Tap Print in the upper-right corner to open print preview.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The print preview screen or the preview area after print settings opens successfully.
  • Next actions: You can continue choosing a printer, copies, paper size, and other settings.

2. Send a Print Job

Entry point: Print > Print Settings

  1. In the print preview screen, choose an available network printer or a cloud printing option.
  2. Adjust presets, copies, print range, duplex, paper size, orientation, scaling, media and quality, layout, and other settings as needed.
  3. After confirming the settings, tap Print to send the print job.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The print job has been submitted to the selected printer.
  • Next actions: You can return to the file to keep editing, or adjust settings and print again.
