1. Sort data from the Tools panel

Entry: Bottom Tools > Data > Ascending / Descending

  1. Select the data range you want to sort.
  2. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom.
  3. Tap Data.
  4. In the panel, select Ascending or Descending.
  5. If you want to cancel the result, use Undo.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected data is rearranged according to the chosen order.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing, filtering, saving, or sharing the spreadsheet.
  • Side effect check: The sorted result remains in the current file until you undo it.

2. Quick sort from the floating column menu

Entry: Select a column to open the floating menu > Ascending / Descending

  1. Tap the column you want to sort to open the floating column menu.
  2. Select Ascending or Descending.
  3. If you want to restore the previous order, use Undo.
