1. Open the Screenshot entry

Entry: Tools tab → View → Screenshot

  1. Open the target spreadsheet that you want to capture.
  2. Tap the Tools tab in the lower-left area of the screen.
  3. Select View in the pop-up menu.
  4. Tap Screenshot to enter screenshot mode.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Screenshot mode opens and is ready for area selection.
  • Next action available: You can continue to select the area to capture.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the target spreadsheet is not open first, you cannot complete the flow from this path.

2. Select and annotate the capture area

Entry: Directly in screenshot mode

  1. Drag the frame to select the area you want to capture.
  2. Use the pen tool if you need to add marks.
  3. Check whether the selected area and annotations match your needs.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The capture area is selected and the annotations appear on the screenshot.
  • Next action available: You can tap Done and continue to save, send, or copy the result.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the selected area is too small or too large, adjust the frame before finishing.

3. Save or send the screenshot

Entry: Tap Done after editing the screenshot

  1. After selecting the area and adding annotations, tap Done.
  2. Choose to save the screenshot locally, send it, or copy it.
  3. Confirm that the screenshot appears in the target location or app.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The screenshot is processed and reaches the selected result.
  • Next action available: You can continue using it in Photos, local storage, or another app.
