1. Set a Scaling Ratio

Feature entry: Page tab → Print Scaling

1. Click the Page tab.
2. In Print Scaling, select the scaling option you need.
3. Available options include No Scaling, Fit Sheet on One Page, Fit All Columns on One Page, and Fit All Rows on One Page.
4. Use the step controls to continue adjusting the Scaling Ratio.
5. The scaling range is from 10% to 400%.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected print scaling mode is applied, and the scaling ratio shows the current value.
• What you can do next: You can continue to print preview or print directly.
• No side effect: The setting affects only the print presentation of the current worksheet.

3. Set the page height and page width values in Fit to based on your print needs.
4. Click OK to apply the settings.
