Entry: Page tab → Print Area → Set Print Area

2. Add to Print Area
Entry: Page tab → Print Area → Add to Print Area
- Select the cell range that you want to add to the print output.
- Click Print Area on the Page tab.
- Select Add to Print Area.
- The new range is added to the current print setup.
- Multiple areas print on separate pages.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected range outside the original print area is added to the print setup.
- Next action available: You can check page breaks and output in Print Preview.
- No side effect: The original print area is not removed directly.

3. Clear Print Area
Entry: Page tab → Print Area → Clear Print Area
- Open the worksheet that you want to return to full-sheet printing.
- Click Print Area.
- Select Clear Print Area.
- The current worksheet returns to printing the full worksheet.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The existing print area restriction is removed.
- Next action available: You can print the entire worksheet content.
- No side effect: Worksheet data itself is not changed.
