Why is only the upper-left content left after I merge cells?
- When cells are merged, only the content in the upper-left cell is kept.
- Content from the other cells does not appear in the merged cell.
- If important content was not retained, try Undo right away, then reorganize the data before merging again.
Why can’t I merge cells in WPS on Android?
- Make sure you have entered spreadsheet editing mode in WPS.
- Check whether you selected an adjacent cell range.
- Then use Tools > Home > Merge Cells or the floating toolbar to complete the action.
Will splitting a cell restore the data from before the merge?
- The split action restores the cell structure.
