  • What you can do next: You can continue moving the icon or keep editing the spreadsheet.
  • No side effects: Existing cell data is not deleted when the icon is inserted.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not switch to the Icon category, you may open another image asset entry instead.
  • Permissions or membership: Some icon assets are marked for membership, so check the asset status before using them.
  • Environment note: If online assets load slowly, keep the network connection stable.

2. Adjust icon position and size

Feature entry: Select an inserted icon

  1. Tap the inserted icon to bring up the floating toolbar.
  2. Drag the icon to adjust its position in the spreadsheet.
  3. Drag the control points on the icon border to resize it.
  4. Tap anywhere outside the icon to finish the adjustment.
  5. If the icon was inserted as a Cell Picture, its position stays inside the cell and its size adapts with the cell.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The icon moves to the target position or shows the new size.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing, copying content, or preparing the sheet for printing.
  • No side effects: The icon remains selectable after the adjustment.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Dragging the icon may cover important data, so it helps to leave blank space in advance.
  • Environment note: A cell picture is constrained by the cell and cannot float freely like a floating picture.
