Why can’t I find the Fill entry?
- Make sure the current file is an editable spreadsheet instead of a read-only preview.
- Select the cell range that you want to work with.
- Try opening Fill from Tools → Home → Fill, or tap the selected range to open the floating menu bar and look for Fill.
- If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office and try again.
Why did Fill overwrite my existing data?
- Fill extends the source cell content into the target area.
- If the target area already contains values, those values are replaced by the new fill result.
- Before filling, confirm that the target area is empty or that the existing content does not need to be kept.
Why didn’t my numbers continue in sequence?
- Check whether the source data already forms a recognizable pattern.
- If you tapped Copy Fill after dragging, the app copies the original value only and does not continue the sequence.
