1. Insert a local file into a spreadsheet
Entry path: Insert → Local File
- Select the cell area where you want to place the attachment.
- Click Local File from the Insert menu.
- In the pop-up window, choose the local file that you want to insert.
- Click OK to finish the insertion.
- Drag the file icon if you want to adjust its position.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A file icon appears in the worksheet.
- Next action available: You can double-click the icon to open the inserted file.
- No side effect: Existing cell data is not directly replaced by the attachment.
Tips While Using
