Smart Fill
Smart Fill helps you automatically identify data patterns and generate batch fill results in WPS Sheets collaboration workflows. It provides the tools you need to extract, merge, or format data based on example entries, reducing repetitive work and making data processing more efficient. With Smart Fill, you can enter at least one sample result, select the target range, and let the system recognize the rule to fill remaining cells. You can also use Command+E to trigger extraction from another column, such as pulling a surname from a full name, or merge multiple columns containing text and numbers into a new column. Whether you're preparing structured results from source data or handling larger datasets, Smart Fill creates new data only in the target column without changing the original data.
