1. Create a Data Dashboard

Entry point: Insert tab → Dashboard button

  1. Prepare the data source and organize the data you want to visualize.
  2. Click Dashboard on the Insert tab to open the dashboard editing interface.
  3. On the component selection page, click the chart type you need to start building. Available options include column charts, line charts, bar charts, pie charts, combo charts, statistic cards, and text components.
  4. Select the data source and chart settings to complete component creation.
  5. Drag component borders to resize them, and drag component areas to reposition them and finish the page layout.

  • UI state: The dashboard editing interface opens and the added components are visible.

  2. Click + Add Component to add another chart or text component to the current dashboard.
  3. Click Title to set or edit the dashboard name.
  4. Click Theme to switch the overall color theme.
  5. Click Full Screen Display to view the dashboard in full screen.
  6. Click Export Dashboard to export the current dashboard as an image.
