About This Feature

Overview

Insert Comment is a built-in collaboration feature in WPS Spreadsheet for macOS. It lets you add supplemental notes, review feedback, and discussion content to a selected cell. You can insert a comment from the right-click menu or from the top menu bar. After saving, a red marker appears in the upper-right corner of the cell so the comment is easy to find later. In collaborative work, comments can also support follow-up discussion around specific data points.
