How do I change the font or color style of a comment?
- Double-click to enter comment editing mode.
- Select the text you want to adjust.
- Use the available formatting options from the related menu to change font, size, color, or border settings.
Why is the comment still there after I delete the cell content?
- Comments and cell content are not removed in the same action.
- After you delete the text or value in a cell, the comment can still remain.
- To remove it, open the comment menu separately and select Delete Comment.
How do I delete a comment I no longer need?
- Click the cell that contains the comment.
- In the comment area, click the ... icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Delete Comment to remove it.
