Why are some cells not included in Sum or Average?
- Check whether the cell content is a valid numeric value.
- If a cell contains spaces, symbols, or non-numeric text, it may not be included in numeric calculations.
- Clean up the content, select the range again, and review the summary bar.
Why can’t I see the summary bar at the top of the screen?
- Make sure you have selected cells or a range.
- Tap Tools → View and check whether Show Sum/Count is turned on.
- Return to the sheet and confirm that the floating summary bar appears at the top.
What can I do after tapping a summary result?
- Tap any summary item in the floating bar.
- Copy the corresponding result to the clipboard.
- Paste it into a cell, a chat message, or another input field.
