1. Share after compression from an open document

Entry: Top menu bar in the document → Share → Share After Compression

  1. Open the document you want to send.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share After Compression.
  4. Tap Compress Now. The file is compressed and auto-saved.
  5. Rename the compressed package if needed.
  6. Tap More and choose a sharing destination such as WPS collaboration, WeChat, or email.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the sharing options after compression is complete.
  • Next action available: You can choose a destination and continue sending the file.
  • No unwanted effect: The original document content stays unchanged, and the compressed result is saved automatically.

Entry: WPS home file list → Share → Share After Compression
