Collaboration Mode
Collaboration Mode helps you get started with document editing by understanding the main working areas in WPS Docs and the basic operations available there. It provides the tools you need to navigate a document, access editing functions, and begin modifying content efficiently. With Collaboration Mode, you can use the menu bar for actions such as switching documents, sharing, uploading or syncing to WPS Cloud Drive, and accessing file operations including Save As and Export PDF. You can work with toolbar tabs for formatting, inserting dates, bookmarks, hyperlinks, and attachments, adjusting page settings, using review features such as revisions and comments, and drawing with the pen tool. Whether you're opening a document, entering edit mode, selecting text, copying, cutting, pasting, undoing changes, or zooming the view, Collaboration Mode helps you stay productive.
