Why does the watermark appear on all pages?

  1. After you insert a preset watermark or create a custom watermark, the watermark is applied across the document pages.

What can I do if the watermark is too dark to read through?

  1. Open InsertWatermarkCustom Watermark.
  2. If you are using an image watermark, try enabling Washout.
  3. If you are using a text watermark, adjust the color, transparency, or layout to make the page easier to read.

Can I insert an image watermark?

  1. Yes. In Custom Watermark, select Picture Watermark.
  2. After choosing the image, you can continue adjusting scaling, layout, and display settings.
  3. After confirmation, the image watermark appears in the document page background.

Does removing a watermark affect the main document content?

  1. Removing a watermark only removes the watermark content from the page background.
  2. The main text, layout, and other edited content stay unchanged.
  3. Save the document after removal to keep the change.
