How-to Guide
1. Accept a Change
Entry path: Tools → Review → Show Revisions → Tap a revision → Accept
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Turn on Show Revisions.
- Tap the revision you want to process.
- Tap Accept in the pop-up window.
Success Criteria
- The selected revision is kept in the document.
- That revision is no longer pending review.
Tips While Using
- Make sure you selected the intended revision before confirming.
- If the document has no tracked changes, the action button will not appear.
2. Reject a Change
Entry path: Tools → Review → Show Revisions → Tap a revision → Reject
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Turn on Show Revisions.
- Tap the revision you want to process.
- Tap Reject in the pop-up window.
Success Criteria
- The selected revision is discarded.
- The content returns to the state before that revision.
Tips While Using
- Check the surrounding text again after rejecting a revision.
- Repeat the same steps if you need to process several revisions one by one.
3. Accept a Change in Traditional Mode
Entry path: Tools → Review → Traditional Mode for Comments and Revisions → Tap a revision → Accept
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Turn on Traditional Mode for Comments and Revisions.
- Tap a revision in the panel on the right.
- Tap Accept with the green check icon.

- The selected revision in the side panel is accepted.

- Tap a revision in the panel on the right.
- Tap Reject with the red X icon.

5. Accept All Changes

- The document moves to a unified reviewed state.
