Where are recording files saved?

  1. Meeting recording files are stored in WPS cloud space.
  2. Open Meetings from the left sidebar, then open Meeting Records.
  3. View the playback file under the related meeting record.

Can I pause recording during a meeting?

  1. Yes. Click Stop Recording again during the meeting to pause the current recording.
  2. When you want to continue, start recording again.
  3. Playback files generated after each pause are stored under the same meeting record.

Why can't I see the playback right after the meeting ends?

  1. Cloud recordings usually need some processing time after the meeting ends.
  2. Return to Meeting Records later and refresh the page.
  3. If the playback still does not appear, confirm that you are signed in with the account that started or joined the meeting.
