2. Check in-progress and ended meeting states
Entry point: Existing meeting card in chat
- Find the generated meeting card in the chat.
- While the meeting is in progress, check the in-progress status and current duration on the card.
- Click Join Meeting to enter the meeting directly.
- After the meeting ends, view the same card again.
- Confirm that the card shows the ended state and that the join button is no longer available.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card status changes between in-progress and ended states.
- What you can do next: You can join while the meeting is active and confirm the final state after it ends.

3. Share a schedule from the details panel to a chat
Entry point: Schedule details panel → Share Schedule
- Open the details panel for the schedule you want to share.
- Review the schedule title, time, creator, and reminder settings.
- Click Share Schedule at the bottom.
- In the share dialog, switch to the Chat Invitation tab.
- Select the contacts or group chats you want to send it to.
- Click Send to deliver the schedule card to the chat window.

4. Copy link invitation text and send it
Entry point: Share dialog → Link Invitation
- Open the share dialog for the schedule.
- Click the Link Invitation tab.
- Review the generated invitation title, inviter, schedule link, schedule subject, and schedule time.
- After confirming the content, click Copy.
- Paste and send the invitation text in any chat window or communication tool.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The invitation text is copied to the clipboard and can be pasted.

5. Open schedule details from chat and continue working
Entry point: Schedule card → View Details
- Find the shared schedule card in the chat.
- Click View Details.
- In the details panel, review the schedule title, time, creator, reminder settings, and video meeting entry.
- If you need to modify the schedule, click the Edit icon in the top toolbar.
- If you need to share it again, click the Share icon in the top toolbar.
