When should I use Device Management?
- Use Device Management when you join the same meeting from different devices under the same WPS account.
- If your computer does not have a microphone or camera connected, you can use your phone as the audio or video device.
- This setup lets you keep the computer available for screen sharing or other meeting actions.
Why can’t I see my other joined devices?
- Make sure all devices are signed in with the same WPS account.
- Make sure those devices have already joined the same meeting.
- If the devices still do not appear, check that the network connection is stable and reopen the Device Management panel.
How do I make one device leave the meeting without affecting the others?
- In the meeting, open More Features and then Device Management.
- Find the target device in the device list.
- Click Leave Meeting for that device to remove only that device from the current meeting.
