When should I use Device Management?

  1. Use Device Management when you join the same meeting from different devices under the same WPS account.
  2. If your computer does not have a microphone or camera connected, you can use your phone as the audio or video device.
  3. This setup lets you keep the computer available for screen sharing or other meeting actions.

Why can’t I see my other joined devices?

  1. Make sure all devices are signed in with the same WPS account.
  2. Make sure those devices have already joined the same meeting.
  3. If the devices still do not appear, check that the network connection is stable and reopen the Device Management panel.

How do I make one device leave the meeting without affecting the others?

  1. In the meeting, open More Features and then Device Management.
  2. Find the target device in the device list.
  3. Click Leave Meeting for that device to remove only that device from the current meeting.
