How-to Guide

1. Open Device Management and control joined devices

Entry: Meeting window → More Features → Device Management

  1. In the meeting window, click More Features on the bottom toolbar.
  2. In the expanded menu, click Device Management.
  3. Review the devices used by the same account in the current meeting, such as a phone and a computer.
  4. For the device you want to manage, use one of these actions as needed:
    • Audio: Turn the device audio on or off.
    • Video: Turn the device video on or off.
    • Leave Meeting: Make that device leave the current meeting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Device Management panel shows the list of devices that joined the current meeting under the same account.
  • What you can do next: You can control audio, video, or leave status for a listed device.
  • No unwanted effect: Managing one device does not end the meeting for other joined devices unless you manually choose Leave Meeting for them.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the devices are not signed in with the same WPS account, the expected device list may not appear.
  • Environment note: Each device must already be in the same meeting, and microphone or camera permissions must be allowed by the system.
  • Practical tip: If your computer does not have a microphone or camera connected, join the same meeting on your phone with the same account, use the phone for audio and video, and keep the computer for screen sharing.
