Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the Manage Calendar settings panel appears in the current area or side panel.
  • Next action available: you can see options such as Share Calendar, Calendar Color, Receive Schedule Reminders, Public Permissions, and Shared Members.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if you click the more options button for a different calendar, you will open that calendar's management panel instead.
  • Environment note: if you are not signed in or do not have permission, the entry may be unavailable.

2. Share a calendar and manage shared members

Entry path: Manage Calendar → Share Calendar / Shared Members

  1. Open the management panel for the target calendar.
  2. Click the share button in the upper-right area to start sharing the calendar.
  3. Add the members you want in the Shared Members area.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the shared member list is updated and the added or removed members are shown.
  • Next action available: members can access the calendar according to the updated settings.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: sharing the wrong calendar because the target calendar was not confirmed first.
  • Environment note: sharing actions usually require an internet connection and the proper management permission.

  1. Open the management panel for the target calendar.
  2. Choose the calendar color you want from the color palette.
  3. Find the Receive Schedule Reminders option.

  • Next action available: after you return to the calendar list or view, you can continue checking the color change and later reminder behavior.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: changing the color but not confirming the reminder setting.
  • Environment note: reminder syncing usually depends on account status and network connectivity.

4. Set public permissions

Entry path: Manage Calendar → Public Permissions

  1. Open the management panel for the target calendar.
  2. Find the Public Permissions setting.
  3. Set the visibility range for the calendar within the organization and for visible members as needed.

  • Next action available: people in the organization can view the calendar according to the updated visibility range.
