1. Open the Manage Calendar panel
Entry path: WPS Collaboration → Calendar → More options next to the target calendar → Manage Calendar
- Open the WPS collaboration client.
- Click Calendar in the left navigation area on the home page.
- Find the target calendar on the calendar page.
- Click the ... more options button next to the calendar name.
- Select Manage Calendar from the drop-down menu to open the management panel.

2. Share a calendar and manage shared members
Entry path: Manage Calendar → Share Calendar / Shared Members

- Click the share button in the upper-right area to start sharing the calendar.
- Add the members you want in the Shared Members area.
- Manage existing shared members or remove people who no longer need access.
