Why can't I find the Manage Calendar entry?
- Confirm that you are already in the Calendar page of the WPS collaboration client.
- Look for the ... more options button next to the target calendar name.
- Click the button and check whether Manage Calendar appears in the menu.
- If it still does not appear, confirm that your account is signed in and has permission to manage that calendar.
Why can't members see the calendar after I share it?
- Open the Manage Calendar panel for that calendar.
- Check whether the target members were added correctly in Shared Members.
- Check whether Public Permissions allows the intended people to view the calendar.
- Ask the members to refresh the calendar page or reopen the collaboration calendar and check again.
Why do I still receive notifications after turning reminders off?
- Open the management panel for the target calendar and confirm that Receive Schedule Reminders is turned off.
- Check whether another calendar still has reminder settings for similar events.
- Wait for account and network syncing to finish, then observe whether later reminders stop.
- If needed, leave the calendar page and open it again to confirm the current state.
What is the difference between Public Permissions and Shared Members?
- Public Permissions controls how the calendar is visible within the organization or another defined visibility range.
- Shared Members is used to add, manage, or remove specific people directly.
