Last updated:July 23, 2026

When using Import Calendar, the most common questions are about file format, recognition results, and post-import management; this FAQ covers 3 frequent questions and practical fixes.

FAQ

What should I do if the file is not recognized accurately during import?

  1. Confirm that the uploaded file is an iCal file.
  2. Check whether fields such as date, time, and subject are complete and formatted clearly.
  3. Import the file again and review the recognition result.
  4. If a few items are still incorrect, edit those events manually after the import is complete.

Can I delete events after they are imported?

  1. Open the target calendar and find the imported events.
  2. Select the event you want to remove and use the delete action.
  3. If you need to clean up multiple events, filter by date or subject first and then remove them in sequence.
  4. Deleted events will no longer appear in the current calendar.

Why can’t I see the imported events in my current view?

  1. Confirm that you selected the correct target calendar during import.
  2. Check whether the current date range includes the imported event times.
  3. Switch to the relevant date or search the target calendar by subject.
  4. If the events still do not appear, review the original iCal file to confirm that it contains valid schedule data.
