1. Set Calendar Permissions
Entry path: WPS Collaboration → Calendar → Manage Calendar → Permission Settings
- Open the WPS Collaboration client and click Calendar in the left navigation pane on the home page.
- Find the target calendar in the calendar page.
- Click the ... More button next to the calendar name.
- Select Manage Calendar.
- Click Permission Settings in the management page.
- Choose a visibility range for Organization, such as private, free/busy only, or event details.
- Choose a visibility range for Anyone.
- Click Save to apply the setting.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Permission Settings page shows the selected visibility range.
- What you can do next: You can return to calendar management and continue reviewing or adjusting shared members.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you change permissions but do not click Save, the update will not take effect.
- Environment note: Permission changes need network sync.
2. Manage Member Permissions
Entry path: WPS Collaboration → Calendar → Manage Calendar → Shared Members
- Open the Manage Calendar page for the target calendar.
- Open the Shared Members list to review current members with access.
- Do the needed action, such as changing a permission, removing a shared member, or adding a shared member.
- Click Save after the adjustment.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The member list shows the latest permission status.
- What you can do next: You can continue adding members or return to the calendar page to review the sharing result.
Tips While Using
