How-to Guide
1. View event details
Entry: WPS Collaboration → Calendar → Click the target event
- Open the WPS collaboration client.
- In the left navigation area on the home page, click Calendar.
- Find the event that you want to review in the calendar view.
- Click the event to open the event details panel.
- Review the event title, start and end time, location or meeting room, notes, and linked documents.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The event details panel opens normally on the side or in a pop-up view.
- Next action available: You can continue to check participants, edit the event, or perform other follow-up actions.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Clicking an empty date area may create a new item or switch focus instead of opening an existing event.

2. Check participant status
Entry: Event details → Participant list
- Open the target event details panel first.
- Find the Participants area in the panel.
- Review the status shown next to each participant.
- Identify who has accepted, not responded, or declined.
- If a reminder entry is available in the interface, select the participant to continue with a reminder action.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The participant list and status indicators are visible.
- Next action available: You can decide whether to remind people who have not responded.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not open the target event first, you cannot review the participant status for that event.
- Environment note: Participant status depends on the latest synced result.
3. Edit or delete an event
Entry: Event details → Edit / Delete item
- Open the target event details panel.
- Click Edit to enter the editing view, or click Delete item to cancel the event.
- Update the title, time, location, participants, notes, or linked documents as needed.
- Save the changes, or confirm the deletion.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The updated information appears in the event details, or the event is removed from the calendar.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing the updated event or return to the calendar view.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Before deleting an event, confirm that you no longer need to keep the arrangement.
- Environment note: Some changes may require event management or creator permissions.
4. Copy or transfer an event
Entry: Event details → Transfer event / Copy and add event
- Open the target event details panel.
- Select Copy and add event to create a new event from the current content, or select Transfer event to hand the event over to another person.
- Complete or confirm the required information as prompted.
- Finish the creation or transfer.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new event is created successfully, or the transfer takes effect.
- Next action available: You can open the new event or review the transferred arrangement.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: After copying an event, check the time, location, and participants again so old information is not carried over by mistake.
