How-to Guide
1. Add a Record
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Add Record → Confirm Add
- Tap Add Record in the bottom toolbar.
- Enter the required field content in the pop-up window.
- Tap Confirm Add to finish creating the record.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new record appears in the data table.
- Next action: You can continue editing the fields in the new record.
Tips While Using
- A new record is added to the end of the data table by default.
- If you need a specific position, use Insert a Record instead.
2. Insert a Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Insert Above / Insert Below
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Insert Above to add a new record above the current one.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Insert Below to add a new record below the current one.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new record appears above or below the selected position.
- Next action: You can edit the inserted record immediately.
Tips While Using
- You need to select the row number first to show the floating toolbar.
- Choose Insert Above or Insert Below carefully to avoid placing the row in the wrong position.
3. Duplicate an Existing Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Duplicate
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- Tap Duplicate in the floating toolbar.
- Edit the generated record as needed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A copied record appears below the current record.
- Next action: You can continue editing the duplicated content.
Tips While Using
- This is useful when several records share a similar structure.
- After duplicating, review key fields to avoid keeping outdated values.
4. Clear a Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Clear
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- Tap Clear in the floating toolbar.
- Check whether the current record content has been removed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Clearable content in the current record is removed.
- Next action: You can enter new content in the same row position.
Tips While Using
- System-filled content cannot be cleared.
- If you want to remove the whole row, use Delete a Record instead.
5. Delete a Record
Entry path: Select an existing record → Floating toolbar → Delete
- Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select it.
- Tap Delete in the floating toolbar.
- Confirm that the current record has been removed from the data table.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current record disappears from the data table.
- Next action: You can continue organizing the remaining records.
Tips While Using
- Deleting removes the current record, so confirm the target row before you proceed.
- If the content is wrong but the row should remain, use Clear a Record first.
