When using Add/Delete Record, the most common questions are about undo options, clear scope, and default insert position; here are 3 common answers and practical steps.
FAQ
Can I undo a record after adding it?
- If no dedicated undo instruction is available for this action, locate the record you just added.
- Select the row number on the left side of that record to open the floating toolbar.
- Tap Delete to remove the newly added record.
Does Clear remove everything in the record?
- Select the record you want to process and tap Clear.
- Review the field content in the current record.
- If the record contains system-filled content, that part is not cleared.
Where is a new record added by default?
- Use Add Record in the bottom toolbar to create a new record.
- After the action is complete, check the end of the data table.
- A new record is appended to the end of the table by default. If you need another position, use Insert a Record or later sorting and grouping tools.
