Where can I add Speaker Notes?

  1. Open your presentation and select the target slide.
  2. Click Notes on the bottom status bar, or use the notes area below the slide in Normal view.
  3. You can also use ViewNotes Page or Slide ShowSpeaker Notes to access related note views.

Can the audience see Speaker Notes?

  1. Speaker Notes are intended for the presenter.
  2. When you present with a presenter-side view, the notes are available for your reference.
  3. The audience-facing slideshow does not show the note content.

How do I print slides with notes?

  1. Review the note content in Notes Page view first.
  2. Open the print settings for the presentation.
