When using WPS Speaker Notes, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: note editing, note visibility, and note viewing during playback; this section includes 3 frequently asked questions and a glossary.
FAQ
Can each slide have different speaker notes?
- Yes. Each slide has its own separate Notes area.
- Switch to the target slide first, then double-tap the Notes area below the slide to enter content.
- After saving, that note belongs only to the current slide and does not sync automatically to other slides.
Why can't I see the Notes area?
- First confirm that you are in Normal View or another editing screen where notes can be shown.
- Tap Notes under Insert, or switch Show All Notes in Tools → View.
- If the Notes area still does not appear, tap a blank area of the slide and switch the visibility setting again.
How do I view speaker notes while presenting?
- First make sure the corresponding slide already has note content.
- Start the slide show and enter Presenter View.
- Check the Notes area to view the prompt for the current slide, and continue reviewing notes as you move through slides.
