1. Use default commands

Entry: Quick Access Toolbar below the title bar

  1. Open WPS Spreadsheet and go to the workbook you want to edit.
  2. Find Quick Access Toolbar below the title bar.
  3. Click Save to save the current file quickly.
  4. Click Undo to reverse the previous action.
  5. Click Redo to restore an undone action.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Save, Undo, and Redo buttons on the toolbar can be clicked normally.
  • Next action: You can continue editing, and undo or redo takes effect immediately.
