How-to Guide

1. Adjust the Zoom Level

Entry: View tab → Zoom

  1. Click Zoom on the View tab.
  2. In the dialog box, choose a preset percentage or enter a custom value.
  3. To use Fit to Selection, select the worksheet range first, then choose that option.
  4. Click OK to apply the setting.

  1. Find the zoom slider in the lower-right corner of the status bar.
  2. Drag the slider to the right to zoom in, or to the left to zoom out.
  3. You can also click the + or - buttons next to the slider for fine adjustment.
