Why does the print result stay the same after I change the zoom level?
- The zoom level only changes how the worksheet appears on screen.
- If you need to change print scaling, open the page setup or print settings.
- After adjusting print settings, preview the print result again.
Why can’t I set the exact zoom percentage I want?
- Open the Zoom dialog from the View tab.
- Check whether the value you entered is within the 10% to 400% range.
- Enter a valid number and click OK to apply it again.
Why does the file still open at the previous zoom level?
- The zoom setting is saved with the document.
- When you open the file again, the interface keeps the last used zoom state.
- If needed, adjust it again to your preferred view.
