1. Set a Scaling Ratio
Entry: Page tab → Print Scaling
- Click the Page tab.
- In Print Scaling, select the scaling option you need.
- Choose No Scaling, Fit Sheet on One Page, Fit All Columns on One Page, or Fit All Rows on One Page as needed.
- Use the spin control to adjust Scaling Ratio.
- Keep the ratio within the 10% to 400% range.
