1. Turn Eye Care Mode on or off from the View tab
Entry: View tab → Eye Care Mode
- Open the workbook that you want to view or edit.
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click Eye Care Mode.
- Confirm that the editing area changes to light green.
- To turn it off, click Eye Care Mode again.

2. Turn Eye Care Mode on or off from the status bar
Entry: bottom status bar
- Open any workbook and enter the editing view.
- Find the Eye Care Mode icon on the bottom status bar.
- Click the icon to turn Eye Care Mode on.
- Confirm that the editing area changes to light green.
- Click the icon again to turn the mode off.
