What should I do if I cannot find the Developer Tools tab?

  1. Click File.
  2. Open Options.
  3. Go to Customize Ribbon.
  4. In the main tabs list on the right, select Developer Tools.
  5. Return to the spreadsheet and open Developer Tools → Add-ins.

Why does the add-in not take effect after installation?

  1. Open Developer Tools → Add-ins.
  2. Confirm that the target add-in is selected.
  3. Check whether the selected add-in file is the correct one.
  4. If needed, close and reopen WPS, then check again.

How do I turn off an add-in that I no longer need?

  1. Open Developer Tools → Add-ins.
  2. Find the add-in that you no longer need in the list.
  3. Clear its checkbox.
  4. Continue using the spreadsheet and confirm that it is no longer active for the current session.
