1. Apply Highlight Text

Entry: Edit tab → Edit Content → Text Edit → Highlight

  1. Open the PDF file you want to work on.
  2. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Click Edit Content to enter content editing mode.
  4. Click Text Edit on the toolbar to switch to text editing mode.
  5. Select the text you want to highlight.
  6. Click Highlight on the toolbar to apply the effect.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The selected text shows a highlight effect.
  • Next action available: You can continue highlighting other text or save the document.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: This feature is part of the PDF text editing workflow and requires WPS Premium.
