What is the difference between Cc and Bcc?

  1. Cc is used to keep related people informed about the email.
  2. Recipients in Cc can usually see other public recipients.
  3. Bcc is used to hide some recipient addresses from other recipients.

How do I add multiple Cc or Bcc recipients?

  1. Show the Cc field or Bcc field in the compose window first.
  2. Enter multiple email addresses directly.
  3. You can also click + to add multiple contacts from the address book to the related field.

Why did I enable default display, but the current email still does not show Cc and Bcc?

  1. Confirm that you selected and saved Always show Cc and Always show Bcc in Sending Settings.
  2. Close the current draft window and create a new email.
  3. If the fields still do not appear, open the settings page again and check whether the options remain selected.
