1. Manually Show the Cc and Bcc Fields
Entry path: WPS Mail → Compose → Cc or expand control next to the recipient field
- Open WPS Mail.
- Click Compose to open a new message window.
- Next to the To field, click Cc or the expand control.
- When the Cc and Bcc fields appear, enter the email addresses you need.
- If you want to choose recipients from contacts, click the + button.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The compose window shows both the Cc and Bcc fields.
- What you can do next: You can continue entering recipients, a subject, and message content.
Tips While Using
- If you add multiple addresses, separate them in the way supported by the current interface.
- Bcc recipients are not shown to regular recipients in the message.
2. Set Cc and Bcc to Display by Default
Entry path: WPS Mail → Settings → Sending Settings
- Open WPS Mail.
- Click Settings in the upper-right area of the window.
- Switch to the Sending Settings tab.
- Select Always show Cc and Always show Bcc.
- Save the setting.
- Create a new message and check whether the Cc and Bcc fields appear automatically.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: New messages open with the Cc and Bcc fields already visible.
- What you can do next: You can compose later messages without expanding those fields again.
Tips While Using
- This setting mainly affects the default layout of newly created messages.
- If the change does not appear right away, close the current compose window and create a new message again.
