1. Use the Cc/Bcc fields

Entry: WPS Mail → Compose → Cc or expand entry next to the recipient field

  1. Open WPS Mail and click Compose to open a draft window.
  2. Next to the To field, click Cc or the expand button.
  3. Click Cc and Bcc so the related input fields appear in the compose area.
  4. If you want to add people from contacts, click + and choose contacts from the address book.
  5. You can also type email addresses directly into the Cc and Bcc fields.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The compose window shows both the Cc field and the Bcc field.
  • Next action available: You can continue entering recipients, a subject, message content, and then send the email.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you only click inside the recipient field without expanding Cc or Bcc, the related fields will not appear.
  • Environment note: If you want to choose contacts from the address book, make sure your mail account and contacts are accessible.

2. Set default display for Cc/Bcc

Entry: WPS Mail → Settings → Sending Settings

  1. Open WPS Mail and click Settings in the upper-right area.
  2. Switch to the Sending Settings tab.
  3. Select Always show Cc and Always show Bcc.
  4. Save the setting.
  5. Create a new email and confirm that the Cc and Bcc fields appear automatically.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: When you create a new email again, the Cc and Bcc fields are visible by default.
  • Next action available: You can enter related recipients without expanding the fields again.
  • No side effect: This setting applies to future new drafts and does not change a compose window that is already open.

Tips While Using
