Tips While Using

  • If you do not receive system alerts, check whether macOS allows WPS to send notifications.
  • After you choose Inbox Only, new messages in other folders will not follow this notification rule.

2. Set Daily Unread Mail Reminders

Entry: Mail page → Settings button in the upper-right corner → Notification Settings → Daily Unread Mail Reminder toggle

  1. On the Mail page, click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the left-side menu, click Notification Settings.
  3. Turn on Daily Unread Mail Reminder.
  4. Set the daily reminder time as needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Daily Unread Mail Reminder is shown as enabled.
  • Next action available: You can adjust the reminder time and keep the current settings.

Tips While Using

  • A daily unread mail reminder summarizes unread messages and is different from a real-time new mail alert.
  • To reduce interruptions, you can keep only the daily unread reminder on and turn off new mail notifications.
