1. View mailbox folders

Entry path: Mail page → Left navigation pane → Folder list

  1. Open Mail and check the system folder list in the left navigation pane.
  2. The system folders include Inbox, Unread, Starred, Drafts, Sent, Archived, Deleted, and Spam.
  3. At the bottom of the folder list, check the My Folders and Labels sections.
  4. Click any folder to view its message list in the right pane.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The left navigation pane shows system folders, My Folders, and Labels.
  • Next action available: After you click a folder, the right pane switches to the related message list.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are not on the Mail page, the full folder list may not appear.
  • Environment note: Mail data sync requires an internet connection.

2. Create a folder

Entry path: Mail page → Left navigation pane → My Folders section

  1. In My Folders, click the plus icon.
  2. Or right-click My Folders and select + New Folder.
  3. Enter the folder name and finish creation.
  4. Confirm that the new folder appears in the left navigation pane.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new folder appears in My Folders.
  • Next action available: You can open the new folder or continue with actions such as edit or delete.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you click outside My Folders, you may not create a personal folder directly.

3. Manage custom folders

Entry path: Mail page → Left navigation pane → Right-click a custom folder

  1. Find the custom folder you want to manage in the left navigation pane.
  2. Right-click the folder to open the context menu.
  3. Select Label, Mark all as read, New Folder, Edit Folder, Delete Folder, or Import Emails as needed.
  4. To change the order, drag the custom folder to the target position.

  • Next action available: After the action is completed, the folder name, hierarchy, message status, or order changes accordingly.
