Can I delete system folders?
- System folders such as Inbox and Sent are default folders.
- These folders cannot be deleted.
- If you need better organization, create and use custom folders instead.
Will deleting a custom folder also delete the emails inside it?
- Before deleting a custom folder, check whether it still contains messages you need to keep.
- Deleting a custom folder also deletes the mail data inside that folder.
- It is recommended to move important emails first and then delete the folder.
Why can’t I find the folder I need?
- First confirm that you have opened the Mail page and signed in to your account.
- Check the My Folders and Labels sections at the bottom of the left navigation pane.
- If the folder still does not appear, refresh your network connection and open the Mail page again.
