1. Open Thumbnail View and Jump to a Page

Entry path: Tools → View → Thumbnail

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom or side of the screen.
  2. Select the View tab.
  3. Tap Thumbnail.
  4. Wait for the thumbnail panel to appear on the left side or at the bottom, then review the page previews.
  5. Tap any page thumbnail to jump to that page.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A thumbnail panel appears on the left side or at the bottom of the document and shows previews of multiple pages.
  • Next action available: After you tap a thumbnail, the document switches to the corresponding page.

Tips While Using

  • Screen space: The thumbnail panel uses part of the display area, so the visible editing area becomes smaller on a phone screen.
  • Document condition: In a single-page or very short document, thumbnail navigation may be less useful.
