Why can’t I find the Thumbnail button?
- Make sure you are opening a text document and that the file contains multiple pages.
- Tap Tools and open the related View options.
- If the button is still missing, update WPS Office to the latest version and reopen the document.
Why does the editing area become smaller after I open the thumbnail panel?
- The thumbnail panel uses part of the screen space, which is normal.
- If you need more room for editing, close the thumbnail panel first.
- Open it again when you need to locate another page quickly.
What can I do after I tap a thumbnail?
- After you tap a page thumbnail, the document jumps to the corresponding page.
- You can then continue reading, editing, or checking the content on that page.
- To move again, select another thumbnail in the panel.
