Why can’t I find the Thumbnail button?

1. Make sure you are opening a text document and that the file contains multiple pages.
2. Tap Tools and open the related View options.
3. If the button is still missing, update WPS Office to the latest version and reopen the document.

Why does the editing area become smaller after I open the thumbnail panel?

1. The thumbnail panel uses part of the screen space, which is normal.
2. If you need more room for editing, close the thumbnail panel first.
3. Open it again when you need to locate another page quickly.

What can I do after I tap a thumbnail?

1. After you tap a page thumbnail, the document jumps to the corresponding page.
2. You can then continue reading, editing, or checking the content on that page.
3. To move again, select another thumbnail in the panel.
