FAQ

Why can’t I find the Endnote entry?

  1. First, make sure that you opened a WPS Writer document rather than another file type.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom, then open the Insert tab.
  3. Look for the Endnote entry among the insert options.

Where does endnote content appear?

  1. After you insert an endnote in the main text, a reference mark is added at that position.
  2. The matching endnote input area appears at the end of the document.
  3. After you type the content there, the main text and endnote numbering stay connected.

Does numbering change automatically after I add or delete an endnote?

  1. Yes. WPS on Android maintains endnote numbering automatically.
  2. When you add or delete an endnote, the numbering is reordered based on the current sequence.
