Why can’t I find the Columns option on Android?

  1. Make sure the file you opened is a Writer document and that you are already in editing mode.
  2. Tap the Tools entry at the bottom or side of the screen.
  3. Open the Home tab and look for the Columns section.
  4. If it still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

What column layouts can I choose?

  1. Go to Tools → Home → Columns.
  2. Review the available layout options.
  3. You can choose One, Two, Three, Left, or Right.
  4. After you select one, check the page layout result in the document.

What kinds of documents work well with Columns?

  1. For newsletter-style pages, notices, handouts, or study materials, try Two or Three columns first.
  2. For pages that need stronger visual emphasis on one side, try Left or Right.
  3. If the content is short or continuous reading is more important, switch back to One column.
