Why can’t I find the Columns option on Android?
- Make sure the file you opened is a Writer document and that you are already in editing mode.
- Tap the Tools entry at the bottom or side of the screen.
- Open the Home tab and look for the Columns section.
- If it still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.
What column layouts can I choose?
- Go to Tools → Home → Columns.
- Review the available layout options.
- You can choose One, Two, Three, Left, or Right.
- After you select one, check the page layout result in the document.
What kinds of documents work well with Columns?
- For newsletter-style pages, notices, handouts, or study materials, try Two or Three columns first.
- For pages that need stronger visual emphasis on one side, try Left or Right.
- If the content is short or continuous reading is more important, switch back to One column.
