1. Save a Document
Entry point: Top-left File Operations button → Save Version
- Click the File Operations menu in the upper-left corner.
- Click Save Version.
- To save current edits quickly, you can also press
Ctrl+S.

- UI state: The current document content is saved.
- Next actions: You can keep editing, close the document, or continue syncing uploads.

2. Save a Copy of a Document
Entry point: Top-left File Operations button → Save As
- Click the File Operations menu in the upper-left corner.
- Click Save As.
- In the save dialog, choose a save location.
- For cloud sync, choose Personal Space. To save to a device path, choose My Device.
- Enter a file name and choose a file format.
- Click Save and Open to finish.

- UI state: The newly saved copy opens.
- Next actions: You can continue editing the new file, and manage the original and new files separately.
- No side effects: The original file is not overwritten directly.

3. Right-Click to Save a Document
Entry point: File tab right-click menu at the top of the window → Save
